The standard toasts are <em>kanpai<\/em> (&#8220;Dry cup!&#8221;) or <em>banzai<\/em> (&#8220;May you live a thousand years&#8221;).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I plan to use kanpai &#8212; Dry cup!
