Real quick, I can’t believe I haven’t mentioned this year (mostly because I don’t have free time), but you should read Mark Wolverton’s Burning the Sky: Operation Argus and the Untold Story of the Cold War Nuclear Tests in Outer Space
It is a great read–an incredible true story that I absolutely didn’t know about until picking up the book. Great if you like science, history, crazy Greek scientists, and science history.
It also explains the death of Telstar, which alone is worth your time.
